ATEI is a privately held company under the leadership of President and CTO, Frank Lucchesi. Mr. Lucchesi has over 30 years of combined RF systems engineering experience, including Radar, SSR, SIGINT, Information operations (IO), Information warfare (IW), LIDAR, RF communication, satellite communication, missile seeker, missile RF fuse and unmanned systems research and development industry experience. Mr. Lucchesi has held high-level technical positions with large U.S. DoD prime contractors and has served in lead technical roles on major development programs. Additionally, Mr. Lucchesi has been responsible for developing disruptive technologies while leading company R&D and CR&D projects.
